About the time I started Law School I ordered a boat load of yarn and started a sweater:
I'd decided it was probably safe to knit my love a sweater despite the sweater curse.
(I love Wikipedia and its little blue numbers...)
It pretty quickly became apparent that this was going to take a while... and I decided to try to finish the sweater before I finished law school.
I didn't. But I did finish it about the time I took the bar exam.
And this year, I entered it in in the Minnesota State Fair.
Mission (finally) accomplished.
You are so awesome!!! Beautiful work and well worthy of the first prize. I bet that sweater weighs a ton - I have an aran in very similar yarn, so I know what it's like to knit with, too. Hubby is lookin' pretty smokin' in his sweater! Woo woo. :D
