Our redbud is coming out, forsythia in full bloom. Probably all will look like wet brown tissue paper after the 26 degrees tonight. Sigh.


Mountain of snow covering the fire hydrant (don't start--we were out of town) is slowly melting. Very depressed wild flower corpses are sticking out of the top of another pile of dirty snow. Some grass and other brownish material spotted.

I'll get back to you about the redbuds.


Poor baby! But you got to go skiing at Winter Park.
