We squeezed in a long weekend in Washington DC for the tail end of the cherry blossoms. The rain on the first day took away most of them but we saw a few. Here are a few trip highlights. See the link I'll send from shutterfly for more. Hope you all have a blessed Easter!
The first day poured rain.
We had to wait in lines but some we didn't mind.
The new WW2 memorial is very nicely done and fits in well on the Mall.
We even found an embarassing typo on an NPS sign along the Tidal Basin. See if you spot it. Look closely.
