I think it's awesome that you tried it. I don't think lab coats really help experiments to go better though... Although, at this point, I'd wear one every day if it would help!


You could try shaking chicken bones over your experiments -- that's what my friend Jo, the graphic artist, calls it when she is making magic with PowerPoint. (She can, too. She does remarkably good slides from total garbage.)

Well, my sister and her friend who randomly showed up in the backyard both wore the labcoat, and their experiments worked better than any of ours. Go figure. Unfortunately, my chem teacher won't let us try it in class (outside, of course...) and I don't have much time to try it again now anyway, because of marching band. Our band trip this year is actually to Ohio!
